Eggs Up Grill Ranked on Franchise Times’ 2026 Fast & Serious List
Fastest-growing “better breakfast” franchise one of just 40 brands included on prestigious ranking
Eggs Up Grill, a neighborhood favorite daytime café and the fastest-growing “better breakfast” restaurant franchise in the country, has been ranked on the Franchise Times Fast & Serious 2026 list. One of just 40 brands included on the prestigious ranking, the recognition underscores Eggs Up Grill’s significant growth momentum heading into 2026.
The Fast & Serious list ranks the fastest-growing franchise systems that also demonstrate staying power. The ranking is based on a proprietary 10-point formula developed by Franchise Times, exploring data including percentage sales growth, percentage unit growth, dollar sales growth and numerical unit growth over a three year period. To qualify for the ranking, brands must be included on the Franchise Times 400 ranking and exceed systemwide sales of $40 million.

The recognition follows a record-setting period of growth for Eggs Up Grill. From 2022 to 2024, systemwide sales rose more than 52%, the performance window used to determine the brand’s inclusion on this year’s list. That momentum has continued, with the brand achieving more than 20 consecutive quarters of positive same-store sales growth through 2025. Eggs Up Grill opened 18 restaurants in 2025 and surpassed 100 locations nationwide, positioning the franchise for continued growth into 2026.
