• Principled, dedicated leaders who think like owners with a strong equity incentive to grow the company’s long-term value.
• Established, proven, and scalable business model.
• Clear and attainable growth opportunities.
• Sustainable and extendable competitive position in a stable or growing industry with strong barriers to entry.
• Strong free cash flow characteristics including low capital expenditure and working capital requirements.

Exclusions 

WJ Partners does not invest in real estate, high-tech start-ups, early stage companies without a proven track record of profitability, or operational turnarounds. We do, however, consider investing in companies requiring an equity infusion due to excessive leverage.
